There is a tangible healing vortex in this community by the sea. The energy has a way of showing you your truth. You will wake to the sounds of the sea rolling into the shore, inviting you to play; to howler monkeys and a variety of birds, including toucans, parrots, and green macaws. Playa Negra is Black Beach. The sand is volcanic in nature and medicinal. Float in saltwater, soak up the sun, and walk to town along the beach, gazing at the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Villas Serenidad is located in Playa Negra, Costa Rica, and just a beach walk to town.
Villas Serenidad is a large, open space with plenty of private nooks to explore.
It is a shared house that sleeps 6 comfortably. The master loft bedroom boasts ocean views and a private bathroom.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with lots of sunlight and space, bookshelves with plenty of reading to peruse, and places to rest and feel the energy!
Nourishing Food
Your two amazing meals a day are prepared by local chefs and from local ingredients to nourish your body and soul. All meals are mostly organic and vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options.
Intuitive Breath Work
Intuitive breath work induces a deep state of relaxation through the power of the breath. This breathing helps cleanse the subconscious mind from false belief systems and trauma. Meg will guide you through a powerful two-hour session to help your mind reset and body heal. Many have experienced more clarity and purpose in their lives.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony
Did you know the chocolate is medicine? The Ancient Mayans used cacao for spiritual and ceremonial purposes. Cacao opens one’s heart and promotes connection to self and higher wisdom. This 2-hour ceremony will allow for the expansion of your heart and mind, where all of you is welcome to be heard, seen, and held in a sacred space.

Hola, dear one. I’m Pamela and will be guiding our week together. My soul’s purpose is to facilitate the awakening of woman to her sacred self. The time is now. You are the sum of all your parts and all of you are welcome here. Your only obligation is to show up for YOU.
My own healing evolved through love, loss, and remembering who I am. The energy of the sea and the vibrancy of the jungle held me in my vulnerability. Expansion and contraction. Breathe in, breathe out.
I am a nurse, Maya abdominal, cranial-sacral, and Reiki practitioner, certified in Thai massage, in Advanced Spiritual Healing through the Arvigo Institute in Belize. I am a sacred cacao ceremony facilitator, power vinyasa yoga instructor, writer, and speaker.
